Probably automatic parsing of text to affiliate links.wy are the links to the R1 and R5II directing to B&H?
https://www.canonrumors.com/canoneosr5markii for example loads up B&H. Tried on on 2 different browsers
So where can I go to see the latest rumors on specs for the R1 and R5ii? It used to be those links I believe.Probably automatic parsing of text to affiliate links.
I wouldn't get my hopes up.It's more likely to be a big upgrade with a stacked sensor like the Z8.
That would be a better question than "are there any f/1.4 primes coming?"A F1.4 would probably raise a lot of questions such as "are there other F1.4 primes finally coming?"
Just the R1, thanks. Stack of pennies ready for a live preorder button.I want both the 35mm 1.2 and the R5 mk ii, in that order!
I mean, even if there's significant demand, that doesn't necessarily mean it outstripped Canon's anticipated demand pattern over time - the sales could be just trying to get closer to moving the "right" number of units based on their anticipated timeline. One thing I am curious about is why the Number 1 and top selling Canon Camera and Lenses have all been on constant sales over the past 2 years.
If the demand was truly there, would the rules of supply and demand dictate sales are necessary to sell your product?
Yup, 2 Years after its launch and with massive price drops (cough cough Canon Frenzy Sales) and the A7iv was in the number 10th spot....
Some folks need a new camera and are waiting.Good comment. I never understand why people get so upset over timelines.
Canon also stated that they wanted to maintain market share. Not to worry. In their financial documents Canon forecasts that they will sell 2.80 million interchangeable-lens cameras this year, and that their camera-only revenue will be +3.7% compared to 2023.
I am certain that most Sony shooters there will try it out.I am curious to see how many might be trying out the A9iii during the games.
The a9 III has not been received well on SAR.the new a9iii and a7rv have been received well
There are posts in the forum that discuss the rumored specs. So where can I go to see the latest rumors on specs for the R1 and R5ii? It used to be those links I believe.
You're right. My thought was to phrase it like this:That would be a better question than "are there any f/1.4 primes coming?"
Do you mean for being able to focus in low light or actually using it at f/1.2 for your receptions ? Better make sure everyone is in the same vertical plane !Could be fantastic for low light receptions.
I use my 50mm wide open at 1.2 all the time at receptions, I don't have any issues with getting people in focus. The 35mm 1.2 would be even more forgiving than the 50.Do you mean for being able to focus in low light or actually using it at f/1.2 for your receptions ? Better make sure everyone is in the same vertical plane !
Good luck, you're going to need 3 wheelbarrows for all that coin!Time to start saving my pennies.
I want both the 35mm 1.2 and the R5 mk ii, in that order!
