Difference of LensAlign & FocusTune? Also affecting MF lenses?

What is the difference between LensAlign and FocusTune? They seem to be exactly the same, but are offered as a bundle?!?

I only have a couple of AF lenses and have done micro adjustments just with the camera body (5d2). I also wait for the 5dsr to be delivered. Any significant improvement of manual vs computer aided adjustments? Any differences between bodies?

Are MF lenses also affected, particularly the camera-body focus-confirm indication? I did a quick and dirty check with Zeiss MP 100 ZE and micro adjustments of +/- 20, and could not see any difference. Why not? AF and focus confirm use the same procedures, aren't they?

Thanks for all enlightenment!

I believe LensAlign is the physical target, FocusTune is the software that analyzes the images. I used LensAlign (pre-FocusTune) prior to FoCal, I far prefer the computer-aided method.

AFMA does apply to focus confirmation for manual lenses, too.

AFCMA? No, with my MF lenses I generally use Live View.
I also frequently use live view, but not always. Still wonder whether anybody has done focus-confirm micro-adjustments on MF lenses.
Re terminology, I wish there would be that much scrutiny on the misnomer of file-size/sensor-MP as "resolution" or the multiple meanings of "vignetting". never mind

is the 5ds supported in FoCal ?
I looked yesterday, and it was not listed.

I think I rather go with the other, as the automated image capture sequence does not work with MF lenses anyway, and I also wonder whether the program could get confused if camera/lens does now work as expected. Occasionally, simple is better and more flexible.
