Lens choice for concert

Will be shooting at a rock/orchestra concert in 2 days time, besides the 1DX in spot metering mode, what lens choice should I go for? I was going for 70-200 f/2.8, 8-15 mm fisheye and 24 mm TS-E for creative shots. Would there be a particular need for the 400 mm for close tight shots of performers?

I don't have access to that glass unfortunately, have the 135 f/2 but I prefer the 70-200 II for versatility

Same, my vote is for the 70-200 2.8II. Used it at a couple of events now and it's superb.

Trust me I will but was asking whether anyone whether a longer telephoto has a use for closer portrait shots.

Yes, use the 400 for getting really close to subjects - should give you some very interesting shots

You mention taking a Fish Eye and the 24TS which suggests you will be close to the action. The 135 f2 will be the sharpest and offer the best subject isolation. The 70-200 would be the next best choice.
