There is the rumor that Sony will be announcing the new A7RII around Mid May. Mind you it is just a rumor but then I noticed that they seemed to drop some hints of their new bodies earlier before they expedite the official releases. When is Canon going to at least indicate some excitement for those who have been waiting for some news for the new bodies.... ? :-\

Canon doesn't drop a lot of hints concerning upcoming products, quite a predicament for a rumors site as it's mostly [CR1] guesswork never coming true.
In any case, past products show Canon isn't overly concerned with Sonikon, those who have a reason to jump ship for higher dynamic range and/or more resolution have done by now. It's only the market prices that adjust a little based on the sales (like the price drop of the 6d).
Imho expect the 5d4 at the end of 2015, 6d2 maybe 3/4 or a year past that - but don't expect 'em catching up sensor-wise. It'll be all 4k-ish, high fps-ish, sturdy-ish, rgb-metering-ish ... business as usual as Canon is all about "evolution" and high introductory prices. If that's not what you want, switch brands.

The 5D-IV will undoubtedly come, but Canon might release a 6Da (as an upgrade path for the existing 60Da owners) and persist with the original 6D at discounted prices. So it's possible that the 6D-II might not come out for quite some time.
With this differentiated approach the 5D-IV will not have direct sensor competition from the lower tiered bodies, Canon maintains their price leader status in the budget FF DSLR segment with the 6D, and Canon have a cheaper full frame astro-camera in the 6Da to undercut Nikon's new D810a.
