I have not been around here in a while, but I have still been taking pictures. Last Friday, we had 5 American Flamingos show up in Wisconsin!!! These birds have been showing up in the southern and eastern US states from hurricane Idalia. Until Friday, the farthest north they had been seen was in Indiana. This was likely a once in a lifetime experience for Wisconsin. I'm still using the 7D mkll & EF600 f4 ll. I did not need the 1.4x lll, as they were so close to us.

It's an ill wind that blows the good birds! Congrats on getting them and great shots. The 7DII and 600II are still a very formidable combo.
