I like the story! On other hand, judging by some of your comments about certain insects I would expect to see you flying like a song bird close to the ceiling and vocalizing off courseI didn't see a general arachnids thread, so I'm posting this here.
I was lucky enough to wake up and see a baby scorpion before I even got up from the floor one morning.
Unfortunately I could only take four not good photos with my phone before it moved under some holiday decorations kept in the room I was staying in. So no chance to grab the R5. View attachment 219842View attachment 219843View attachment 219844View attachment 219845
The last photo was with a fan on the floor to help show how small it was. Although the photos are quite bad, I think the give a sense of the scorpion's swinging movement and how fast it moved across the floor.
