Full frame 24MP has bigger photosites, meaning better low-light performance and less noise, especially beneficial for video. At this point, the most strange thing is why R7 (apsc) has 32 MP and R6 mk3 (full frame) will have 24 MP. It's ridiculous!
PD: And R7 has good image quality.
"Hin und weg"You must be strong - but ok, i will not post Bobby Tonellis Review. He is completely enthusiastic - hin und weg as we say.![]()
I simply waited for the internal 2.8 seeing as i had ef versions and other options but I'm loving the new 70-200Z as well as the new in its own right, 24-105/2.8 ZI was disappointed the RF 70-200 was not internal zoom like the old EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II.
Now we have internally zooming Z lenses. Will any of you upgrade for that very reason?
EF-S 15-85 was a popular lens. It was a decent performer and covered a very useful range. A lot of people (on the net anyways) were hoping for an update to this lens, a mk2 version, but that never materialized.I ended up thinking about why it was the only lens on Canon crop systems to achieve that 15mm at the wide end, a field of view that seemed really like a staple to me on full frame cameras.
What’s the rationale behind that? I’ve never seen it suggested anywhere that the rate of change of temperature of the battery rather than its absolute temperature affects its ability to deliver power.
Haha, good oneSome over here have a "Dry January" - that would give $3100 towards a lens!
Better to have and not need than to need and not have.I would purchase two additional LP-E6P batteries so you have a total of three. You might never need them, but better to have an extra just in case.
Thank you!Very impressive, and the backgrounds (especially the 1st one) are great! How do you compare the results from the R5 to the Hasselblad?
Not something I'd be interested in, but I can see it being handy for some. As mentioned, all those Santa's workshops and the like that pop up, and the people that run 1000s of little league photos in a day could benefit from this. Even newer shooters who don't have the eye for framing developed yet. As noted, many (most?) are not using FF bodies anyway. Content creators will love the instagram crop guide as well!
$120 seems a little high, but the price may come down. And at least its not a subscription!
