It's not that difficult. You just have to hold the body steady, change the focus distance smoothly and press the shutter with H+. I posted some results earlier.

Nice! I had been wondering about it, because I enjoy using the rf16mm 2.8 near the minimum focus distance

I think you're being a little modest ...

I find myself resting the camera on the ground for a lot of fungi shots - so with quite a bit of care I can see how it's possible to get multiple shots with different focuses.

The low vantage point and wide angle give a look like a building that had a fire. The white mushrooms are nice too

What is the yellow mushroom? It's an interesting structure for me. I'm most fond of the last one, but they're all lovely
