I finally got the 400 2.8 II but I'm having an issue with the lens backfocusing.
I'm noticing it with football where I'll have the focus point on the ball carrier but in the final image, the focus will be on defenders 2-3 feet behind the ball carrier.
Is this an issue with the lens, or could it just be my technique that needs to improve as I get used to using this lens?
