EOS 6D no PC Port

I have just acquired a Canon EOS 6D. This camera does not have a built in PC sync Port.
What is my best option to get a PC sync port on this camera so I can trigger my studio lights using the PocketWizard PlusX. I have been researching hot shoe adapters with PC Sync Port but none of these appear to be reliable.

If you need a PC port for triggering, with the 6D a hotshoe adapter is your only option. Check flashzebra.com.
