Juvenile (European) Robin, recently fledged without the adult colouring (at iso 5000). Great Tit at iso25,000. Both 100% crops from R5 and RF 100-500 with no noise reduction. other than straight out of DxO. PL6.

Yes - it was rather dark, and I prefer to have a fast enough shutter speed for these small birds: EXIF data

Many of the species have been a bit later, two weeks or so from previous years, mostly due to the rain and somewhat cooler temps. In July I was still seeing 32F going through the valley before dawn but now summer is here.
