Swan - calm and relaxing.
Great to see your warblers. It’s a yearly treat.I'm in Hawaii currently, on vacation, so fall warbler migration is finished for me, back in Wisconsin. I was able to find 25 warbler species this fall. I easily have hundreds that I edited, but I know you can only post so many on here. I'll include a link to see the rest of them, if you are interested. 7D mkll / EF 600 f4 ll / EF 1.4x lll.

Ha, ha: I was wondering what happened to you... Didn't expect Hawaii! Unfortunately there is not much going on here right now (depend on which of the main islands you are)!I'm in Hawaii currently, on vacation, so fall warbler migration is finished for me, back in Wisconsin. Some very good shots.
Where are you located? Your Yellow-rumped Warbler appears to be an Audubon's, which is the west coast subspecies. They are not usually seen east of the Rocky Mountains, but swing through about half of Texas in migration. Do you have another angle of that bird?Same gear/conditions: yellow rumped warbler?
There is definitely a very faint yellow in the throat, which would suggest the Audubon's subspecies. It is a hatch year bird and most likely a female as well. It could also be a hybrid with it being a cross between the subspecies, Mrytle and Audubon's. I assume this happens quite often where their range overlaps.jmeyer:
