Final rules for Olympics Spectators?

Does anyone know the final rules for cameras for Olympics Spectators. They were supposed to be released last week, but I can't find them.
I have heard rumors of all of the following - hoping if there is a rule, it's i)
i) Camera and lens < 12 inches long
ii) lens < 6 inches long
iii) no detachable lens
iv) No focal length > 300mm

Any insights?

How will they enforce this?
Can they take your camera?
also, do tele converters/crop bodys count?
eg 7d with 2x converter on a 70-200 2.8

Nobody even looked at my camera or lenses. They just don't want you obstructing the views of other spectators...
