The first one (Mycena sp.) is really a great shot. The second is Mycena too... The third is Pluteus sp. and is as difficult to ID to species by photo - same as the other two! Are you using in camera stacking or some external program: your stacked photos are always from very good to excellent?more stacks:

Didn't You ask about the Laowa 25mm? I needed some time to search for images I took

No birds on that trail today... When I was thinking I will go home empty-handed (just in the last ~10 min.!!!) I saw these. I don't know what kind of Bolete it is, it grows on, and only on that trail (so far what I have seen...), and is not mentioned in any article/book about the Hawaiian mushrooms.
I had (or maybe not!!!) to remove a piece of wood in front of the smaller fruit-body and damage it little bit. On other hand it shows no blueish-brown bruising on that place. The well known for Hawaii Pulveroboletus xylophilus has no net on the stem and is bruising when damaged!
Unfortunately it's the only second lygnicolous Boletus that I have seen growing on the top of a trunk (crevices full with soil) and I think the first one was the Pulveroboletus xylophylus, not this one. They by default grow on the base of the trunk. I mean you usually are getting photos like the firs one. Anyway, I'm always happy to see something like these around - they are by far not common...I really like your second shot. Beautiful picture. Well done, ISv.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and set-up! Yes, I tried to edit my old post, and things didn't go as planned ...Didn't You ask about the Laowa 25mm? I needed some time to search for images I took
and "making-of-images" I took with my smartphone.
It is a smaller lens compaired to the Canon MPE 65 and not as easy to use as"normal" macro lenses due to the high magnification.
A tripod and a macro rail is highly recommended. I bought it for less then 400€, a black friday deal last year. This made the good value for money even better.

Do you have any trouble with your tripod vibration? I purchased a FEISOL 3441, but it vibrates so much for focus stacking something like 40 on an mp-e 65 because I have to make the adjustments and wait at least 5 seconds. For something on ef 100 macro, it's okDidn't You ask about the Laowa 25mm? I needed some time to search for images I took

If you use the center column: do not extend it too much, i.e. 10-15 centimeters. You can attach something heavy to the hook of the center column to increase the mass to dampen out vibrations. I use spikes on the tripod legs and push them into the ground for extra grip.Do you have any trouble with your tripod vibration? The center column definitely is something I hadn't thought about but is obvious now that you told me. Thanks! If you use the center column: do not extend it too much, i.e. 10-15 centimeters.
