Here's a miniature (about 5mm) from a little earlier:
Finally, some really sunny days this week. Time to refill the vitamin D depots.
And the sun makes the snow on top of this fellow. Could be from the genus gloeophyllum?
If you search the Internet for "Mushrooms braking an asphalt" you may find something even more interesting! Through the rubble it is not a challenge for these guys! I was a witness in Czech Republic years ago when Agaricus bitorquis started growing up from asphalted walking path! It's a known phenomena!+1
Very nice shot, ISv. It has found a way to grow through the rocks.
Great bokeh effects! The outer 'lining' on the bokeh are sometimes considered a defect, but I like the bubble effect. Are those background raindrops falling, or on taller strands of grass?
Thanks Click!Very nice picture with a perfect DOF. Well done, ISv.
One more Leucoagaricus sp. …
Really nice pic. And PP tweaks are okay, as long as nobody claims it SOOC or if it‘s a competition ruleI played with the DOF in PP with DxO 6... Shame on me?.
Better keep this fungus off your lenses! Not actually fungus but they are historically studied by mycologists: I think Fuligo septica (Myxomycetes)

Myxomycetes will not go on your lens and they are not fungi. Molds are true fungi and will go after your lens...Better keep this fungus off your lenses!![]()
Well done, esp. Ehen thinking how small those areFrom a side garden this morning - a real bloom. All gone in the sun an hour or so later:
And a miniature from a local walk:
Thank you. The 2nd one is only a few mm. The first ones were probably 5 cm tall, so the struggle is more how to get a good angle and composition.Well done, esp. Ehen thinking how small those are
