Honestly, I do think a front to back sliding sensor is possible - but all that extra movement would make me a bit nervous on life of the sensor moving system, or introducing more opportunity for vibration in the body. But if I were to imagine a camera that could use both EF and RF without an adapter, that's how it'd look.Oh sure, if:
